My oldest wanted to go running with me.  She asked me to wake her up.  We kind of ran / walked to her school and then just walked back.  It was very enjoyable.  On our outbound leg, she found a bug in her shoe and screamed until it crawled away.  We say a couple of centipedes on the sidewalk.  Not a very intense workout for me, but a very enjoyable one for both of us.  She was tired and we had to rest quite a bit on the homeward leg.
