Run a 5K when I'm 60 years old.

Married with two young girls. Although I hate running, I recognize it as a necessary evil.

Possibly a four miler but we'll say 3.5 for sure.  Jogged down to Food Lion and back.

Fire Station-  11:54.93      10:50.82

Food Lion-    9:59.43      12:57.85

Took a little detour at Food Lion around the library just to get a little more time.  Total run time 45:43.03.

Just couldn't get out.  As I was about to get ready to run, my little one woke up.  That was all the excuse I needed to avoid running.  It was fun to spend some time with her.  I don't regret that.  Needless to say, I am a creature of habit.  When my routine is thrown off, it is hard for me to readjust.
