Wow!  Five miles for the whole month.  Still have a couple of days left in the month to add some miles or at least a mile.

Got back on the loop and ran it twice.  It felt good starting off that I thought I was going to pick up right where  I left off.  Not so.  Have to work back to where I used to be.

Out - 19:07.44  Back - 19:22.30 = 38:29.74

Averages out to 13 minute miles.  Didn't feel so bad immediately after the run, but then my legs were screaming at me the rest of the day.  Remind me not to take so much time off from running to avoid this scenario again.
