Body never really woke up but it managed to trudge along.  Lack of good sleep on Tuesday seems to have affected me more than usual.  Kind of weird.  Now that I'm at work, I feel like I need to go out and run again.

Turkey trot route.  Body's just felt really tired all week.  Don't really seem to sleep well.  Have had to use an alarm clock to get me up and going in the morning instead of just relying on my natural rhythm to get me up.  I'm just happy to get three days in this week.  Three days is better than two.  My next step is to consistently get up to six days a week.

I always feel like I'm walking when I go out for a run and see other runners, but this morning, I actually passed a walker which brought a smile to my face.  I really am running.
