Guesstimating the distance. Did a machine for 55 minutes. 10 minutes forward at level 3 followed by five minutes backwards at the same level. 3 reps followed by a slow 10 minute cool down. Nothing too hard. Don't want to kill my motivation on the first day and end up immobile.
Sadly 24 pushups was very hard. 32 situps was also hard. Hit the machines to feel like I was doing something.
Chest Press (120) - 3x10
Leg Press (200) - 3x10
Cable Shoulder Press/Alternating Arm Curls (15) - 3x10
Seated Row (100) - 3x10
Feel a little stiff but hopefully it doesn't get worse. These numbers look horrible but you have to start somewhere.
