Got out the door at 0540.  Foggy conditions, but it was just nice to be outside and breathe some fresh air.  Took 25 minutes to do a loop down Stacy Weaver to Southland, up Concord to Hampton, to Stacy Weaver and back to the start point.  That is about 3000 steps.

Out the door at 5:40.  Same loop as before.  Took 22:51.89 to complete.

I don't even remember what happened on Tuesday.  I did get out a little bit, but not much. Total for the day is 7030 steps.

One mile gets me about 3,000 steps.  I base my activity level on that number.  Normal day activity usually nets about 3K or less.  That's not a whole lot of movement.  This morning for about an hour, I raked pine straw which filled four bags and one trash can.  All that just resulted in 2763 steps.  Obviously, I've got to move around more during the day.
