9 minute warm up with a slight pace increase for the next 18 minutes. Did 8 reps of minute run / minute rest. Discovered that I had an extra gear hidden. It came out when I ran my second to last rep because there were other people on the trail, and I didn't want them to catch me while they were at a jog pace and I was at a sprint pace. It was a surprise to me that my timer didn't go off at the usual spot and that I ran just a little further than I had in all my previous reps.
