A 10 minute jog followed by 10 minutes at 170 bpm. 170 is a little fast. I can't quite keep the tempo. For the most part I stayed with it but it requires me to shorten my stride which I don't like. Finished off with 6 reps of 1 minute sprint with 1 minute recover and 4 reps at 30 sec sprint with 1 min recovery.
