Death day. That's what I felt like. We just did a few sprints but with a new leader heading the charge. The recovery time was quicker than usual. I couldn't breathe and was feeling light headed after the first four. However, I managed to keep my legs moving and my "sprint" probably looked like a jog to an outside observer, but it hurt. Pulled out of the group for our cool down jog back and just took it at my pace. It took me a good 40 minutes to recover. Probably pushed a little too hard. That's what I get for not easing back into it.
