Humid this morning.  Set out to do 4.2 and slowly felt the life and the will drain out of me.  Managed to get 4 and walked .2 mainly on the hill that I hate.  I hate that hill.  Just kind of died coming back and took a moment to observe all the memorials posted along the trail of Soldiers who paid the price for this country that I love.
