Pushup and situp day. Set the timer for a minute. I love the feeling of invincibility when you start the first set. That feeling soon went away. Opted to drop to knee pushups when I got tired to decrease rest time. It sounded like a good idea.
For air squats, 3 sets of 14 (untimed). Pushups: 31, 21 then 24. Situps: 22, 20 and 20. Planks: 3 x 1 min.
