Slow jog to get these seemingly old bones moving. It was more of a fun run. Just took my time. I was all alone at the start and ran into a few people on my way back. The sun was coming up as I started. It was a good day.

So I felt like stepping back into the weight room today just out of curiosity. It has been five years since I quit lifting. Put 135 on the bench to warm up. Let's just say that became my workout. Pretty sad but looking forward to rising from the ashes.
