Sprint day. Eight reps of 60/120s up a slight incline. At first, I imagined myself just cruising through the workout. After the first rep, I was certain I would have to add more reps. However, not long after, upon completion of the third rep, I was wondering if I was going to make it. Took a lot of will power to finish the last three reps but I made it to the end. My legs felt tired but it was probably more mental. I just needed a quick breather and suddenly, all was right with the world again. Miracle. Next time, I'll look for some flat ground to do my reps.
