Started out with a 10 minute slow jog for warm up. Slightly increased the pace for the next 17 minutes. Took a minute to catch my breath and did 8 reps of 60/60's which used to be 60/120's but I like the shorter rest time so one minute sprint followed with a minute for recovery instead of a two minute recovery.
I guesstimate that I covered at least 2.5 miles.
