Leg Press: 220 - 3x12 (Knees are hurting)
Shoulder Press: 40 - 1x8, 45 - 1x8, 1x7
Cable Curl: 60 - 3x8
Tri push down rope: 70 - 3x8
Seated row: 160 - 1x8, 180 - 2x8
Calf raise: 3x15
Walk for 25 minutes. It was extremely slow. Landed hard the previous day and my legs are still feeling it especially in the knees.
