Twenty air squats, 20 pushups, and 20 rowers to warm up.
Starting off the week right. Two laps around the neighborhood. Well, I was going to walk the whole thing, but I didn't have enough time to do that. I ended up just walking a mailbox and then running to the next mailbox. That helped to keep my time under an hour.
Out - 21:43.95 Back - 24:33.75 = 46:17.70
I was just going to walk the whole second lap but a jogger helped to motivate me. I didn't want to get lapped.
