Went up the street to BTEC and back in 36:19.  Running with a faster runner sucks.  I was happy for the support though and can see how running groups work now.  He encouraged me the whole way and tried to help me with my breathing.  At the end, I don't even think he broke a sweat while I needed a few minutes to cool down.  He didn't have to run with me but he did and I am grateful.

Averaged for the most part a 5:43 every half mile along the trail with total time being 46:15.66.  The roughest parts being the initial warm up and the second to last half mile.  It was good to just get out and run but I know I need to keep pushing now after Monday's run.

A 10 minute jog followed by 10 minutes at 170 bpm.  170 is a little fast.  I can't quite keep the tempo.  For the most part I stayed with it but it requires me to shorten my stride which I don't like.  Finished off with 6 reps of 1 minute sprint with 1 minute recover and 4 reps at 30 sec sprint with 1 min recovery.
