Didn't get much this week, but three short runs are better than nothing. Two laps around the park before heading to work to pull a 24 hour shift. Added an easy set of 20 pushups and 45 situps just for fun. On the second lap, alternated 1 minute fast with 1 minute slow. Just happy to get out.
