Ran down the street and back then hit the trail to the .7 mile marker and back.

Did a few short sprints as a warm up then finished with a short jog for about 1.75 miles or maybe it was shorter.  Used a weighted vest for the jog which just makes you feel heavy.

One mile doesn't seem so bad, but you had to climb over walls and across monkey bars.  It was fun but not something I could do by myself.  Requires at least a buddy team.  I jumped in with a team of four.
