It was supposed to be about 3 miles but judging from my time, I would put it at about 2.5.  14:02.38 - Out. 13:40 - Back, but we stopped short for some reason to gather then finished together.  Just can't get rid of those hills.  Wherever you go, there are hills to run up and hills to run down.  Down isn't so bad, but I do dislike the up part.

This was an interesting workout for me.  300m x 4, with a 100m walk break between reps.  200m x 4 with a 100m walk break between reps and then 100m x 4 with a 100m walk break.  Follow that up with 4 laps around the track but including the stadium stairs, and I did an extra lap because I got lost in the sauce.  It took me a whole hour to complete.

When I got to the stairs the first time, I tried to take two steps at a time, but just didn't have the energy.  Had to do it one at a time.  Good workout though.

Slow jog to get these seemingly old bones moving.  It was more of a fun run.  Just took my time.  I was all alone at the start and ran into a few people on my way back.  The sun was coming up as I started.  It was a good day.

Out: 25:26.68  Back: 24:59.73 = 50:26.41

So I felt like stepping back into the weight room today just out of curiosity.  It has been five years since I quit lifting.  Put 135 on the bench to warm up.  Let's just say that became my workout.  Pretty sad but looking forward to rising from the ashes.
