Jogged two miles in the morning.  In the afternoon, went on a fun run to explore a trail.  Both trails that I took ended in dense brush.  No need to look further than that.  Ran for time at an enjoyable pace.  46:30.54

Jogged the other half of the river trail.  It is relatively flat.  All the hills happen to be on my half of the trail.  I guess that is to make me better.  Averaged close to a 10 minute mile except for a couple of brief stops due to stomach issues.  Turns out to be around an 11:12 pace including the stops.
