I just wanted to stay in bed today. In fact, that is what happened yesterday and Monday. However, today turned into a holiday to honor the late former US President George H. W. Bush. I couldn't let the day go to waste. Out of bed I fell. Once in the gym, everything was ok. Making slow progress on the lifts. I fear injury so I'll progress as slow as I feel necessary. I want to work back up to 225 on bench. Ideally, I would get back on the squat rack and do squats as well. We will see. For now I am content with the leg press. Looking forward to Friday and repeating the workout.
Bench: 155 - 3x10, 185 - 1x5
Leg Press: 200 - 1x10, 220 - 1x10, 240 - 1x10
Barbell Sh Press: 95 - 2x10, 1x4(Bar 1x10)
Tri press down: 90 - 3x10
Cable Curl single: 40 - 3x10
Lat pull down: Too easy
Sci Fit Hand Bike: 8 min (1.51 miles)
Treadmill: Incline @ 3, 20:45 to cover 1.5 miles. Included in that time is 10 reps of 30/60's. 2@6, 2@6.5, 3@7, 2@7.5, 1@7.7. Could probably go a little faster.
