Felt a lot better today than last week. However, I still didn't feel like running. I had to force myself to keep going. Still feeling slow and that's ok. I'll just keep running until I feel like I'm back to my normal pace. 27:29.44 to go 2.5 miles and I guesstimate that I covered 1.5 miles in 21:48.62 since I took a shortcut on the way back for a total time of 49:18.06. That averages out to about a 12:20 mile.
