Got the first mile in at 8:50. Looking to get another couple of miles in after work. We'll see though because those after work miles always seem to be interupted with something "more pressing." Didn't feel like running that single mile either, but it is amazing what happens when you just start moving and decide to keep moving until you reach what you set out to do. Still felt the after effects of binge eating over the weekend, but everything still works. For now.
