Had the opportunity to hit the weight room this morning. Let's just say it has been a while and everything feels heavy. Got two laps around the park afterward. Was aiming for a slow jog, but somehow it just felt harder than usual. For some reason, I was chomping at the bit and had to restrain myself. I should've just gone with it. Might have gotten a new PR. Oh well.

Boss allowed me time off to drop ma off at the airport. Grateful for that.
