Leg Press: 240 - 3x8
Seated row: 180 - 3x8
Seated Sh press: 90 - 3x8
Cable Curl / Tri Push Down: 40 / 105 - 3x8 (Too easy)
20 minute walk around the parking lot. In the morning, the parking lot is completely empty and makes a perfect track. It is probably 35 - 40 yards long. Who knows? I'm not good at distance estimates.
