Metronome pushups at 120 bpm. I got to 28 today and then 17 3 minutes later. Situps: 2 x 21 because I hate them and my back is stiff this morning. Two laps around the block. I was going to get on the elliptical and opted against it.
Out - 28:31.93 Back - 28:00.57 = 56:32.50 (Walked the whole way and got passed by every runner and walker on the block.)
