Started out with the intent to get 3 continuous. Instead, I got 3 alternating run / walk. I'll take it. Just not mentally ready to get anything today.
Warmed up with 20 pushups and 20 situps and hit the road. After a slow jog, started with running one light pole and walking one light pole. That was too short. Ended up doing two light poles running and two light poles walking for two laps around the neighborhood.
Out - 21:11.79 Back - 23:08.69 = 44:20.48 (Some people walk faster than this.)
