Warm up for 8 minutes on Sci-fit hand bike for 1.6 miles. Then hit the dreaded treadmill. For some reason, I can't seem to get over my lack of motivation to run. Started it up and got moving. Just have to stay consistent. Covered 3 miles in 41 minutes. Five minutes to warm up and 3 to cool down. Slow pace of 13:02 to 12:45. Hit 2 miles at 27:17 and 2.5 at 33:40.
