Jogged for 48 minutes.  Estimate covering 3.5 to 4 miles.  I'll go with the lower end.  Pretty rough start.  Warmed up after about a half mile but couldn't get comfortable.  Just managed to keep putting one foot in front of the other until the end.  Don't want to take a prolonged break again and have to start from scratch.
