Run a 5K with a 9 min / mile pace.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a 5K when I'm 60 years old.
Personal:
Married with two young girls. Although I hate running, I recognize it as a necessary evil.
Added a few more pounds. Another 5 mile ruck. Finished in 1 hr 30:58. About 18 minutes per mile.
Short workout is better than no workout. Warmed up for five minutes and had time for 6 sprints.

Nice fun run. Early enough that I was the only one on the trail on the way out. On the way back, I ran into several of the walkers that I normally see on the trail. It was a good jog.
