Short-Term Running Goals:
Run a 5K with a 9 min / mile pace.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a 5K when I'm 60 years old.
Personal:
Married with two young girls. Although I hate running, I recognize it as a necessary evil.
Short run but hard because of all that Thanksgiving food still in my tummy. About a 12 minute pace.
3 x 300s followed by 6 x 200s with a 100m break between sprints. Finished with two laps including stairs then just an easy 5 laps around the track at my pace for a cool down. Love running at my own pace.
Ran down a trail which was sandy and hilly. We stopped at a hill so we could run up it 3 times then ran back the way we came.
