Two miles in the morning.  Out - 8:41.69   Back - 8:58.04 = 17:39.73

Still had a little left in the tank.  Wonder what my mile time would be for just one mile.  I would like a little bit more of a buffer on that second mile.  Well, I'd like to work down to 17:00.  I just suck really bad at pacing.  It feels to me like I'm running the same speed the whole time.

Did the loop this evening.  Clear blue skies with a full moon and no auto traffic at all.  Just took my time.  58:31.

The route is probably closer to 2.25 rather than 2.5.  Good morning for a run.  Temp at just above freezing at 34 degrees.

Out - 12:54.92  Back - 13:21.52 = 26:16.44

Walked with 67 lbs.  Finished in just under 2 hours.  I was worried about my feet, but my feet were fine.  My shins got a little stiff.  I just hadn't done any "speed" walking in a while.  I would definitely need to train for any distances longer than 6 miles.  My legs started to lose their zeal right around the 4.5 mark.
