First real run of the week. I wasn't feeling it at all. My stomach felt full from whatever it was that I ate last night. My left shin felt that running was not the right thing to be doing until I hit the 2 mile mark. After that, everything felt about normal for a fun run. I was definitely not trying for any speed records today. Getting out this morning was an accomplishment.
