I'm counting it. Two laps on the track. The hardest two laps I've ever done. Legs were sore and I was dehydrated. Ran the first lap at my own pace. Second lap was a sprint on the straight away and recovery on the curves.
Watched how an MMA fighter, Cyborg, loses weight for weigh ins. I feel like a little baby now compared to the grueling process she goes through to lose 20 lbs to get to her fighting weight from her natural weight. That is some serious water loss, but it looks like her team has it down to a science. I was at 277 on Friday night. It sucks losing weight like that.
