Finally got it. We did hill repeats today. The goal is always to get 10 reps in the time allowed. I always end up with 7 or 8. Today, however, I was the first in line but the last in my group to get up the hill. I hit 9 within the time limit. As I came down the hill, I saw that they were still allowing a few people to get one more rep in. That's all I needed to see. At the start point, I turned and at this point in the work out it must have looked like a walk up the hill but it sure felt like I was running. I was the last one to finish, but I finally got it. The magic and elusive number 10.
