According to my phone, I got 5662 steps in today. Not a whole lot, but better than nothing. I figured out that the phone just tracks movement. Any kind of movement. As I was resting my calves, I experimented with flutter kicks and simple arm movements and watched the step count increase while lying in bed. It just brought a smile to my face knowing that if all I wanted was a number, all I had to do was move my arm back and forth throughout the day.
