Warm up with ten rowers, 20 pushups and 21 situps.
Elliptical machine at level 5. Nine minutes to warm up. I tried the fitness test, but it didn't seem like it did anything. Maybe, I just wasn't fit enough for the machine to bother. Covered about a half mile in nine minutes. Then went at level 5 for 41 minutes for distance of 3.66. Had to force myself to stay on since it is a cardio day. I don't get enough cardio.
