Nothing like coming back to reality. For some reason, I thought I could just naturally do a million pushups and a million situps and just run. However, I found out differently this morning. The workout was to do as many as you can without stopping and then rest for 3 minutes before repeating.
Pushups: 1x26, 1x10 Situps: 1x30, 1x10
Threw in some air squats for good measure: 2x15
Walked a lap around the neighborhood in 31:54. At least this is something to build on. I always seem to hit a new low. Looking back at my workouts, I haven't maintained any consistency. Starting over again.
