Left shin is tight.  Should've stretched it out, but it is fine near the end of the route.  To University and back.

Feeling a little better this morning.  No pains or tightness.  It just felt like a good brisk jog.  The wind and rain seemed to keep others off the trail as I found myself alone.  It was a beautiful day for running and though the wind and rain hampered me on part of the trail it worked in my favor on the homestretch by aiding me.

Back out to University Ave one more time via the boardwalk to avoid street traffic.  Today everything was clicking though unlike Monday.  I was going to just take it easy, but because I was feeling good, I decided to see what kind of time I could clock.  Not a PR but a better time for the week.  Tried to focus on form and not dragging my feet.  Every time I felt like walking, I just reminded myself that it wasn't that long of a run and I could walk all I wanted when it was over.
