Distance may be in km but I'm not really sure. I like the idea of hitting 2.6 miles in 30 minutes. That's the distance covered on the elliptical at level 5 in 30 minutes.
Warm up with pause pushups. Got 27. One better than last time. Rested 3 minutes and got 14. Mentally, I think I was just looking to improve by 1. I should have been able to get a few more. Added one set of situps at 18 and stopped because my back is making a weird noise, but it doesn't hurt.
Decline Bench machine: 180 - 3x10
Deadlift: 135 - 3x10
DB Shoulder Press / Alt curl: 25 - 3x10
Finished up with the elliptical. Starting over again. It has been a few weeks since I've been in the gym. I hate starting over. Anyway, I'm starting over.
