Ran over to BN and did pullups, dips and pushups. Only 100 each, but that was more than I could currently handle. Returned to the company and did core work.
Attended a run improvement class. The recommendations I received were to keep my chest up, keep my neck straight instead of stretching forward, and to work on getting up to 170 paces per minute by increments of 5 steps per minute every two weeks.
Just went for a slow jog to get one in for the week. Went to the 1.5 mile marker and turned back. Experimented with my lean a little and tried to keep my neck straight instead of stretched forward. It was a fun run. 35:24.41
