Knee hurts.  Right knee feels like it is going to buckle whenever I stand up after sitting down.  It is a little sore.  Starting over again sucks.  I have to build up to where I was before my allergies overwhelmed me and sucked the joy out of being outside.  Can't complain really.  For the most part, I can still do everything but just a little slower.  The 1.5 though didn't feel as easy as it should've felt.

Up and down a flight of stairs helping someone move from a 2nd floor to a first floor apartment.  Probably counts for about one tenth of a mile.  I'm recording it though.  Thankfully, it wasn't a third floor apartment.  I really do hate stairs.

Took one lap around the neighborhood oval which is good for about 1.5 miles except that I walked it.  Even walking, my right knee continues to remind me that it isn't feeling well.  Oh well.

Feeling mortal today.  Got back out on the road after who knows how long.  Thankfully, I keep track on this blog.  Couldn't quite maintain a jog.  Opted for two light poles of running with one light pole for resting.  It was somewhere between 2.8 to 3 miles.  

Out - 20:22.55  Back - 22:09.23 = 42:31.78

My right knee was ok, but has been feeling gimpy the rest of the day following this morning's stint.

Three sets of 30 pushups and 33 situps.  Afterwards, went for a walk for 26:40.  Probably covered a mile.  Maybe a mile and a quarter.  Knee is still stiff.

Pushups, situps, air squats, climbing and some sprints.  I managed two rounds in the time it took the younger guys to do 4 or 5.

Two laps around the neighborhood track.  Not very fast.

1st - 20:37.19

2nd - 21:10.89 = 41:48.08

Sadly, there are many out there who can walk faster than I can manage to run.  Oh well.  Right knee continues to bug me.
