Didn't run the whole thing.  Two laps around the neighborhood again in 41:28.01.  After a slow, easy jog to warm up, I switched to a minute of running followed by a minute of walking.  Completed ten of those and in my head, I thought I would have covered a lot more ground than I did.  Did four or five more reps of a minute running followed by two minutes of recovery to finish up the distance.  I'll keep better track next time.

21 pushups, 21 situps and 21 air squats count more as a warm up but life carried me away from my workout to prep for a family trip.  Excuses, excuses, excuses.  I'm still counting those reps though.

Jogged two laps around the neighborhood.  Didn't see a single soul out there.  It was also nice and cool this morning.  No complaints.  On the last lap, added a few 10 second sprints to mix things up and focus on form a little.  Knee feels good today.

35ish minutes to knock out 100 pushups, situps and air squats.  Just feeling heavy today.  Gravity got heavier this week.

Did a lap around the neighborhood.  After a few minutes of a warm up jog, went into 60/60.  Six reps to get around.  Total run time- 20:41.96

Minimum day.  30 knee pushups, 32 situps and then a 3 mile jog.  Route was my favorite neighborhood loop.

Lap 1 - 19:02.77  Lap 2 - 18:45.28 = 37:48.05

Could be better.  Could be worse.

Running 3 miles a week at your own pace really doesn't do anything for me.  I always feel like I am the fastest man in the world when I do that.  Today, we ran as a group.  About 1.4 out to the turn around point where everyone had to wait for me to show up.  We turned back and did last man up runs.  My body was screaming at me but managed to finish.  This just brought me back down to earth.  Oh the pain.

Did a few sprints and squats to warm up.  My knee doesn't like the sliding movement from side to side but it held up.  We worked on the ropes for a little bit.  Finished up with a reverse pyramid of pushups and situps.  30, 20, 10 pushups and 36, 24, 12 situps.

Two laps around the neighborhood.  Jogged the first one to warm up.  On the second lap, added 60/60 but quickly lost count around 4.  I think it took me 7 to get around the loop.  60 second run followed by recovery at a 60 second jog.

Lap 1 - 17:47.94

Lap 2 - 17:16.08 = 35:04.02

After cooling down, I thought I could do a set of pushups and situps.  30 knee pushups which were harder than I thought.  33 situps which came even harder and started cramping up at 27.  (Yet in my head, this was all a fluke and I still think I can do what I did a few years ago without putting in the work.  I may never learn.)

Didn't do a thing on this day.  Went out to White Lake and learned how to operate a zodiac.  Kind of fun.  While it is simple to operate, I have to go slow.  The steering is very simple but for some reason not very intuitive to me.  Oh well.
