Attempted to do a set of pushups and situps. It was the hardest set of pushups and situps I have ever managed. 20 pushups. 33 situps. I had to stop a couple of times during the situps. Finished with my least favorite exercise of plank for one minute. Pretty sad. At least it is documented so I can refer back to see my further descent into darkness or a glorious rise from the ashes.
