25 meter shuttle: sprint 25 meters and sprint back, side shuffle 25 meters and back, sprint with 2x40 lb dumbbells for 25 meters and back. 150 meters per repetition. We did 5 reps. With 5 people alternating, there was perhaps too long a rest in between each rep.
Deadlift - 135 two reps, 225 two reps, 185 two reps
