I had the bright idea to hit the stairs. It seemed like a fairly simple task. There were 8 floors. I set the timer for 36 minutes and started walking up and down the stairs. I managed 8.5 sets. That figures into 68 floors climbed and descended. Unfortunately, my calves are hurting. It'll take a couple of days to wear off. Just need to do more inclines. (36:11)
