3 sets: 10 side step squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 30 second plank then go back from plank to squats. Each set will get you 20 reps of each exercise and one minute total for the plank. All total: 60 reps of each and 3 minutes worth of planks.
Went walking for 20:30. Counted steps at 1160 which doubles to 2320 if you count each foot hitting the ground. Maybe a little bit over a mile. Nursing my knee a little.
