Jogged to CFR Trail start to warm up. Did 10 reps of 60 sec on/ 60 sec off which allowed me to reach NTA at the Andover/Ramsey intersection. I was just plain tired after that and faded on my jog back. I had to walk a little more than usual coming home. Threw in 6 reps of 10 sec on/ 30 sec off just for fun.
