Seated row: 160: 3x10
Dumbbell Sh press/alternating curl: 30 - 3x10
Tri push down: 90 - 3x10
Sci-fit arm bike: 8 min 1.69 miles
30 minutes on the treadmill at incline of 3. 10 reps of 30/60 and a lot of walking after that. 2 reps each at 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 7.8. 7.8 is where I need more reps but I also need the warm up reps. Feel slow and sluggish today.
