Easy day. All I had to do was run. Skipped the stretching and started out walking for the first 10 minutes. Jogged a mile at 12/11:35 pace. Then walk a minute at 4 mph/ run a minute. Seven reps. First two reps at 6, next two at 6.3, next two at 6.5 and the last at 6.6. Walked for 14 minutes to cool down. I think I can go a little faster, but we will see. 50 minutes total.
