Four long miles. Really long miles. Took a few minutes to work the pain out of my side. Felt like someone punched me repeatedly, but that was just one bad landing on that side. It went away after the first few minutes.
I was happy to make it to the turn around point and turn around. I thought that I might run a little faster over flat ground, but that wasn't the case. Apparently, I run at the same pace if it is a little hilly or flat once my body gets used to the route.
Did four reps of 60/120s on the way back.
